third Monday in February; Good Friday, the Friday preceding Easter Sunday; Memorial Day, the last
Monday in May; Independence Day, July 4; Labor Day, the first Monday in September; Veterans’ Day,
November 11; Thanksgiving Day, the fourth Thursday in November; Christmas Eve, December 24 (offices
close at noon); Christmas Day, December 25.
If January 1st, July 4th, November 11th, or December 25th falls on a Sunday, the following Monday shall
be the holiday. If these holidays fall on a Saturday, the preceding Friday is the holiday
