How to Schedule a Drivers License Test in Louisiana

What to Bring to a Driving Test in Louisiana

- A medical card
- Vehicle title, registration or lien
- Adoption document
- Utility bill or insurance policy
- W-2 or payroll stub
- Incarceration papers
The names on both of your documents should match.
You will always need to bring a form of ID when you take an exam, whether or not you are retaking it. As well, you need to bring a form of payment. Acceptable forms of payment include cash, debit cards, credit cards and e-checks.
For your driver’s exam, you will also need to bring a vehicle. If your test proctor feels your car is not safe, you may be turned away.
