Once per eight years, drivers have the option of renewing their drivers license by mail. Approximately 120 days prior to the expiration date, a renewal application will be mailed to the driver s address on record. Once you receive it, mail the completed application along with two proofs of residential address and the renewal fee in ordertorenew drivers licenses.
In person
At least once every eight years, drivers are required to appear in person at the DMV to renew their driving license and update their photo. Drivers also must pass a vison screening to obtain a renewed driving license.
